Service Delivery Manager (German Speaking) needed for our Swiss banking client based in Zürich for a long term contract with scope for extension.
The responsibilities of the successful applicant include:
. Working with the business management teams, the Sector specific Service Delivery Managers and vendor teams on issues, outage reporting/management including SLA reporting improvements
* Leading the vendor support teams in working with their development counterparts in the CC IT Sectors to ensure the smooth release and on-going support of new deliveries to production
* Leading the vendor support teams through incident/problem management, service request management, change management, handovers, and knowledge development ensuring a standard model of support is implemented
* Fostering good relations with the vendor and the CC IT Sectors in the Utility. Initiate, plan and coordinate key service improvement initiatives such as consolidation of activities into the utility support model or delivery of new technology to replace End-of-Life IT components.
* Work closely with business, technology and vendor partners to improve overall Front-to-Back IT service delivery.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of outsourcing experience, preferably in financial services
