For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a

Lead .NET Developer

Scope of work:

Main tasks will include:

  • Technically lead the distributed development team (4-8 developers) and drive the overall implementation in the area of structured products construction and life cycle management
  • Actively participate in elaboration of target IT- and business architecture of the platform
  • Actively participate in business analysis and in stakeholder workshops
  • Successfully manage intersystem dependencies and collaboration
  • Be responsible for the release delivery
  • Act as a scrum master, coordinate implementation, plan sprints
  • Supervise and coach junior developers

    Key deliverables:
  • Must is Ms. In Computer Science or Physics/Mathematics
  • Min 8 years of experience developing complex financial applications with lot of dependencies and stakeholders
  • Min 2 years of experience leading small or medium development teams
  • .NET, ADO.NET, MS SQL or Oracle (T-SQL or PL/SQL strong programming skills)
  • Design Pattern hands-on experience
  • Agile, Scrum, TDD
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • At least one of the following UI technologies must be on the expert level - WPF or Silverlight or HTML5 or ASP.NET MVC 4
  • Very good English oral and written (German is benefit)
