My Client is currently looking for a product development engineer for their Cranio-maxilofacial-/Neuro-/Thoracic- Surgery Product Development Center.OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the design and development of new implants and instruments.
- Conduct improvements and modifications of existing implants and instrumentation.
- Participate in new product development project teams.
- Collaborate with the technical engineering office.
- Generate product models and concept layouts.
- Complete testing requirements and use CAD Software.
- Maintain awareness of surgical, clinical and technological trends.
- Ensure compliance with Medical Device Regulations (EU MDD, US FDA, JP PAL).
REQUIREMENTS
- BS Degree in Engineering (or equivalent level Diploma).
- Practical experience in a Regulated Industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
MANDATORY:
-Fluent in German (written and spoken)
-EU-25 Citizenship or Swiss-B (Working) Permit
