Our client is an international and solid brokerage firm providing high level execution services.
In order to reinforce their Zurich team, they are looking for a Senior Sales Trader; having a strong electronic trading experience.
Supported by the latest technology, the Sales Traders team focuses on institutional clients and makes sure the clients receive the best execution model possible.
The ROLE
As a senior member of the team, you will be able to demonstrate an extensive exposure to a client base consisting of Private Banks, Asset Managements, etc. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring the order execution and strategy implementation
- Ensuring the pre trade, post trade and TCA (trade cost analysis)
- Impact calculation and analysis
- Business development, consolidation and relationship management of institutional clients inZurichand the German speaking part ofSwitzerland
- Dealing with algorithms, program trading, ETF, CTA, DMA, etc.
- Ad hoc analysis and optimization process
- Team support
The REQUESTED CANDIDATE
- Degree in Finance-Economics-Sciences or similar + min 5 years experience as a Sales Trader
- Previous experience within on of the top 10 global brokers
- Proven successful track record + significant institutional clients network in Switzerland-Zurich area
- Strong exposure to algorithms, pair trading, cash balance management
- Strong knowledge of the electronic trading platform and modern trading tool, as well as the quantitative approach
- Self motivated, tenacious and a winning mentality
- German native (or similar) + English fluent
- Strong connection within the Swiss financial industry
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Team player, stress resilient and flexible
