For a six month project with our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a

Senior PMO (1568)

The ideal candidate is responsible for assisting the project and programme managers in the following:

Planning
• Project plan structuring, scheduling and leveling
• Resource allocation
• Dependency tracking

Financial Management
• Assistance in business case development and tracking Capex and fixed price tracking
• Status, forecast and project accounting

Controlling
• QA Mgmt
• Risk and issue monitoring and management

Reporting & Communication
• Progress, status and forecast
• Exceptions
• Communication concept including tools (intranet, mails, internal meetings)
• PM Coaching and Support

To be successful as a Project Manager in this job, we are looking for the following qualifications :
• 5 years experience in project management / project management office
• Project management qualification such as Prince2, PMI or similar
• Thorough knowledge of the project lifecycle and PM tools such as MS Project
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure
• Project financial management
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills
• High degree of flexibility with a “can do” attitude
• Strong problem solving skills
• Solution oriented
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Able to manage conflict
• Experience of dealing with senior management
• Proactive, driven and energetic
