Regulation IT Programme Manager - Banking Software - German SpeakingOur client is a global provider of IT Software for Banking clients. They are seeking an experienced individual to manage the impact of international regulation and taxes on the Business, and the services they provide.
The successful candidate must have fluent command of German and English, whilst additional languages are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a team of Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers
- Maintain responsibility for all projects (including the scope, budget, time and quality)
- Actively engage in the analysis and identification of new business opportunities in order to optimise possibilities, as well as product development
- Support Sales in their bid to win new business
Key Requirements:
- Senior Project / Programme Management skills in IT Banking
- Strong understanding of I.T. and Banking business processes
- Results oriented and objective
- Proven ability to manage teams, act as a motivator and maintain leadership
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent command of German and English
