a Fortinet Operational Service
Tasks:
• Design assistance related to the Fortinet products involved in this engagement.
• Create design and prepare operational documentation related to the Fortinet products deployed.
• Configuration of the Fortigate’s
• Deliver required information to add into the management systems.
• Deployment specific’s including firewall policy changes.
• Working Onsite and Remote for the customer in the project office located in Zurich City
• To participate, where appropriate, at any conference calls with internal/external Specialists in order to obtain any needed clarification
• To provide requirements for firewall configuration based on the existing detail & Architecture solution
• To perform Fortinet upgrade of operation system
• To deliver system specification including documentation based on the defined customer processes
• To support system configuration for better performance on the actual customer solution and operational processes
• Develop script for automation system
• To perform testing together with network team
• To deliver acceptance plan and execute it when needed
• To add, change & remove firewall rules Onsite or Remote
• Provide requirements for Fortinet 3040B firewall configuration based on the existing detail and configuration design
• To support to perform Fortinet upgrade of existing operation system
• Firewall configuration specification and documentation based on the customer operational standard process
• Perform system configuration based on the Changed Management for the Fortinet 3040B solution
• Script assistance for automation Onsite and Remote for the customer
• Perform testing together with Operational team
• Deliver and documented the configure management information to firewalls changes into customer operational monitoring system (HP are Site Scope monitoring system)
• Add, change & remove firewall rules
• Englisch and German
• Team player with strong communication skills (main language: English)
Time Line:
• Start Date: 01.11.2013
• End Date: 30.April 2014
• Workload: Onsite: 1 Day per month / Remote: 4 days per month
• Location: Zurich On-Site and Remote
