For our customer - a large globally operating financial institution - we are looking for a Test Manager/ Test Engineer for a project.
Within this project we have an opening as Test Manager and Test Engineer.
Main responsibilities for this position will be:
- Plan and Conduct the test activities
- Design System Test and System Integration Test Cases
- Perform System Test and System Integration Test
- Report and Track Defects
- Create a Status Report to update Project Stakeholders on a regular base
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing
Application Delivery Process Working Experience
Business Math Basic Understanding
IT Environment Extensive Experience
Must have:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a client facing
Minimum 5 years’ experience with QC (or similar), creating test plans, test cases, support UAT testing, track defects
Solid technical background, preferably a degree in computing
Proficient in manipulating data using MS Excel
Fluency in English, excellent communication skills (German is a plus)
Experience of working within an agile framework (1 year+)
Self-starter and a fast learner
Important to have:
Experience with QC (or similar), creating test plans, test cases, support UAT testing, track defects
Experience of working in an international cross-cultural team
Ability to co-ordinate activities between various teams and drive change
Ability to organize and lead end-to-end UAT sessions with users of all seniority levels
Ability to manage own workload, prioritize and switch tasks as appropriate
Proven ability to work within an Agile framework and
