Experience: +3 Years of experience as a Business Consultant/Systems Analyst/Business Process Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

*CRM Business Analyst (Sales Force Automation and Customer Care)

*Reporting and analytics

*Data quality

*Salesforce.com Business Analyst

* Liaising between business and offshore teams for Siebel and OBIEE Change Requests

* Perform data analysis and cleansing exercises, ensuring proper data quality.

* Development and execution of User Acceptance Test Cases, and when necessary, Validation Test Cases Technical profile requirements

* Strong data engineering skills, in particular CRM and relevant DWH data.

* Knowledge of BI principles is required, specific knowledge of OBIEE is a plus

* Involves user contact and other research to analyze details and requirements for existing systems

* Provide support for business critical applications

* Preparation of detailed requirements specifications for systems design

* Creation and modification of user procedures

* Ability to accurately capture and document business systems requirements from a diverse user group

* Human interface requirements design

* Acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle processes

* Is driven to work out a platform as a solution (one-size-fits-all), instead of disparate solutions, through a process of continuous standardization and abstraction Methodology/Certification requirements

* Advanced skills with personal productivity applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, flowcharting tools and Lifecycle Documentation

* Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred

* Additional certification is a plus
