Tasks in Test management:
- Test Plan incl. test strategy and approach
- Effort estimations
- Ordering of test data and test cases
- Tracking and monitoring of the delivery by the offshore subcontractor
- Quality assurance of subcontractor deliverables
- Preparation of reviews of test relevant documentation
- Defect Tracking, Involvement of stakeholders (IT - PL, Business contacts, solution engineers, requirements engineers, etc.
- Monitoring of test execution by the offshore sub-contractor (onsite and offshore)
- Creation of Test Reports on progress, defects, risks and issues
- Coordination of UAT with Business and Release Management
