CRM Business Analyst (Salesforfce/Siebel/BI)
Edelway is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. One of our best clients, a global multinational pharmaceutical company based in the Zürich area, is currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst with knowledge of Salesforce and either Siebel or OBIEE to join them on a long term basis.

THE ROLE
*CRM Business Analyst (Sales Force Automation and Customer Care)
*Reporting and analytics
*Data quality
*Salesforce.com Business Analyst
*Liaising between business and offshore teams for Siebel and OBIEE Change Requests
*Perform data analysis and cleansing exercises, ensuring proper data quality
*Development and execution of User Acceptance Test Cases, and when necessary, Validation Test Cases Technical profile requirements
*Strong data engineering skills, in particular CRM and relevant DWH data
*Knowledge of BI principles is required, specific knowledge of OBIEE is a plus
*Involves user contact and other research to analyze details and requirements for existing systems
*Provide support for business critical applications
*Preparation of detailed requirements specifications for systems design
YOUR PROFILE
*2 - 3 years of experience as a Business Consultant/Systems Analyst/Business Process Modeler
*CRM experience (Salesforce, Siebel)
*Client Technologies: OLTP Siebel 8.X; OLAP OBIEE 11g; Salesforce.com
