Role: Systems Support Analyst - IT FXMM Cash Risk
Location: Zurich
Duration: 3-6 months +
Job Description:
Required Skills:
- Strong Unix Skills preferably Solaris
- Unix Shell/Perl Scripting
- Understanding of Object Orientated applications which utilize CORBA
- Understanding the concepts of Asynchronous messaging via technologies such as MQ.
- Understanding/Experience of other technologies such as Tibco EMS and RV would be a distinct advantage.
Role:
- Use technical expertise, creative analysis and knowledge of FX business processes to answer queries and solve problems.
- Minimise risks to the FX business by developing redundant, failure-tolerant systems architecture.
- Manage the impact of production problems so as to ensure business continuity.
- Plan and manage the global deployment of new applications or infrastructure enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver training and presentations for colleagues, other IT teams, and the FX business
