SAP HCM/HR ECM Senior Consultant/Solution Architect English Speaker
SAP HCM/HR ECM Senior Consultant/Solution Architect required for a global compensation project: processes and system consolidation also covering replacement of current PeopleSoft system by SAP HCM solution (integration into existing SAP PA/OM master data system and SAP Netweaver portal).
Key Skills
* Advanced SAP ECM implementation experience with EhP5 and EhP6 (Compensation planning, simulation & execution and related PA/OM master data) including(top level management
* Deep understanding of SAP HR PA and OM structures and processes
* System understanding - Customization and development of system requirements in SAP, translation of business requirements into IT solutions
* Job benchmarking - understanding (processes and principles, common requirements, additional requirements)
* SAP BI knowledge for Real Time reporting requirements
* Advanced experience with ECM roll-outs in a global company
* Deep understanding of Compensation processes within global companies
* Communication language is English
