Streamlining security processes and procedures and designed and implementing a SOC for centralizing security administration.

Weekly/Monthly Status Reporting
Proactively interact any other parties/vendors as necessary) concerning issues, improvement opportunities and compliance with best practices and techniques
Establish & maintain process protocol to migrate artifacts to knowledge repository using enhanced Knowledge Management tools and processes
Responsible to meet defined SLAs for the engagement
Provide leadership to employees assigned or associated with the project including motivation, delegation and team building
