For a client based in Zürich we are looking for a Project Coordinator
Deliverables
Coordinate the implementation of PC Managed Deployment Services in the countries
Manage the delivery of these services during the roll-out and the steady state
Ensure the country delivery model is defined and build, get signoff and implement the detailed migration and procurement plans
Manage the deployment tool usage
Coordinate the End User scheduling and associated communication
Monitor the progress of the deployment until closure of each wave
Coordinate exceptions handling
Work closely with the client
Attend and run, in coordination with the client, country kick of Meetings
Required Skills
Project Management Experience
Previous experience in a Global Environment
MS Excel + VBA
MS Access (basic level required)
SharePoint knowledge
Analysis and evaluation of MS Excel and/or Access data (report creation)
Advanced presentation skills
Good communication skills/good negotiation skills
Management skills
Strong character
Not afraid to challenge decisions
Ability and confidence to foresee & communicate potential issues
Ability to resolve issues without the need of escalation
Ability to prioritize and act accordingly
Time management
Ability to reach out to internal senior management to support when needed
Previous experience at a large company would be considered an Advantage
German (mother tongue) + English (advanced)
