Global Clinical Supply Coordinator (GCSC)- German, English, communicator, planner, operational management
The Global Clinical Supply Coordinator (GCSC) is responsible to coordinate all operational tasks leading up to packaging execution for in-house and CMO packaging of Clinical Trial Medication. He/She executes all tasks related to order management within the planning time fence.
Main responsibility:
Coordinate the global supply of clinical trials with IMPs.
This includes:
Coordination of master data setup
Coordination of label development
Medication Randomization Management
Production planning and scheduling for in house packaging
Production planning for outsourced studies
Operational management of outsourcing partners
Development and reporting of metrics and KPIs
Required skills:
Associate level of professional education or university degree preferably in natural/life sciences or business administration
Very good communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
Well organized, high level of planning skills
Attention to detail
Good Team Player
Windows office applications
SAP R3 and APO knowledge are beneficial
Excellent written/oral communication in German and English
