Our client is a Swiss pharmaceutical company, based in Basel. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6 months contract, starting ASAP.
As an Administrative Assistant you would be responsible fort the following tasks:
- Project communication (emails, telephone calls)
- Travel bookings
- Taking minutes
- Slide deck creation
- Maintaining the email/contact lists
- Meetings and bookings arrangements
- Invoice checking, PO creation for consultant support
Your profile:
- Good organisational skills and communicative personality
- Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
