PERSONAL TAX MANAGER-ZURICH-FINANCIAL SERVICES

The CLIENT

Our client is an international and market leader provider in financial services. Having offices all around the world and a solid reputation in terms of quality and customer service, they keep on growing inSwitzerlandand everywhere else.
In order to reinforce their TAX team, they are looking for a Personal Tax Manager/Senior Officer (depending on the candidate's experience) for the Zurich office.

Your ROLE

You are part of the Tax team and as a Human Capital Tax/Individual Tax specialist, you are involved in:
  • Management of complex mandates-important focus on expatriates
  • Interface between the team and the customer, you ensure a quality service and the respect of deadlines
  • Specific advise to your clients (multinational companies) mainly on tax and social security matters to individuals (especially expatriates)
  • Preparation of tax returns, set up targeted solutions for specific customer issues and complex mandates
  • Provide the ad hoc support to the customer (participate to the expansion of the company services)
  • Training and coaching the team, transfer of knowledge
  • Possibility to work on in global and international projects


Your PROFILE

The eligible candidate will have the following skills:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Law, Legal area or Finance + training on the Swiss tax, personal tax and social security law
  • Min. 5-7 years of professional experience (local+international) in the area of Human Capital Tax/Personal Tax with a focus on Expatriates
  • Experiences with facing clients and mandates + team support/coaching/leading
  • Previous exposure to cross-border social security issues in the taxation of employee share plans and the withholding tax
  • Consulting approach, clients oriented, service minded and strong business sense
  • Being a local and an international company, the perfect knowledge of German (native or similar-Swiss German is a plus) and English (fluent) are a must
  • Swiss Citizenship or EU passport (previous Swiss experience is a must)
