On behalf of a major Pharma client, we are urgently looking for a LMS "Space"& eSOPs Administrator and Support Analyst (Learning Management System and electronic Standard Operating Procedures) for a role starting now in June till October 2013 (with extension option).
You will match the requirements if you offer the following skills:
- Prior experience of working as an Administrator with LMS Space or/and electronic SOPs
- Support eSOPs System Admin work, eg User Administration, Trainings Administration, SOP management
- Give support activities related to global roll-out of the LMS "Space"& eSOPs by assisting with related trainings and moderating workshops to a worldwide set of users
- Create training Matrix based on Job descriptions
- Setup and maintain training programs in LMS Space
- Create courses, certifications and evaluations in LMS Space
- Monitor Training Support email account and support with business support requests.
Required Skills and Background:
- Strong communication skills (5 and more years) in challenging and global environments.
- Fluency in English and German (both oral and written)
- Strong Documentation skills (7 and more years)
- Strong Quality Assurance skills (7 and more years)
- Strong Governance skills (4 and more years).
