Connect44 is searching for Project Assistant for our client in Switzerland.
The person will be responsible for general administration, such as:
- Control and dispatch of in/in mailing
- Scanning in EDMS/IPM
- NIM update (in English)
- Preparation of GA packages for internal circulation and follow up
- Archiving of important documents
- Follow up of HO packages
- Language : English + French
Location - Switzerlnad,
Duration - 3 months+
Start date - ASAP
