I am searching for a Statistician to work in a specialist department of the company, in their genetics division. This is a progressive, adventurous department filled with innovation and new development.
You will be responsible for statistical analysis in projects from target identification through to proof of concept and will be asked to design experiments, develop statistical analysis plans and use exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling on specific projects.
The ideal candidate must possess a Ph.D in statistics or a very closely related field and should ideally have some experience in a work environment related to the life sciences industry.
Additionally, you should have an understanding of statistical genetics and a strong background in SAS .
