An incredible opportunity has arisen for a biostatistician or statistician to work in a leading pharmaceutical organisation in basel, Switzerland. One of the worlds largest firms are seeking a statistician with 2+ years experience after their PhD to work in their genetics department.You will be responsible for statistical analysis in projects from target identification through to proof of concept and will be asked to design experiments, develop statistical analysis plans and use exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling on specific projects.
The ideal candidate must possess a Ph.D in statistics or a very closely related field and should ideally have some experience in a work environment related to the life sciences industry.
Additionally, you should have an understanding of statistical genetics and a strong background in SAS.
