Real Pharma have an immediate opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to work within a specific division of one of the worlds most recognised pharmaceutical companies. The firm is a house hold name, with a diverse product portfolio stretching from OTC, medical devices, biotech and pharmaceutical drug products.Within a GMP environment, we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to implement validation plans and policies for relevant systems including assessments, change control, QC and other relevant systems.
The position comes with immediate responsibility, and the incumbent will lead the validation team to ensure a continuous improvement of company requirements, as well as ensuring the validation Master Plan is adhered to, and subsequently improved upon.
In a role that will report to senior national and international management, a system for the criticality of systems must be defined and appropriated, and all communications should be made evidently apparent on a global basis. Multiple other requirements are involved in the scope of the role, all of which I am happy to discuss in person or over the telephone.
I am looking for a person who can claim they are capable of meeting the demands of the role, and should possess some previous experience in validation, of GMP and of sterile products. He or she should have a scientific educational background, and ideally experience of leading teams of staff. A German speak would be preferred, however due to the international nature of the company it is not mandatory for the role.
