Role: Engineering Project Manager

Role Profile:
Support/Lead technical & cost evaluation for the existing and probable new production unit
Check and amendment of the specifications and volumes for existing and new equipment.
Collaboration, support and alignment with local organization (production, engineering, tech. services, )
As project manager, you take full ownership of projects assigned to you, ensuring clear definition of project scope and deliverables, milestones and timeline, project risks and contingency plans. As leader of your project team, you ensure identification and resolution with relevant business partners of issues and required decisions making.
Experience:
Process or pharmaceutical engineer (min 4 years)
Experience in the field of lyophilization and/or medical devices
Experience in the GMP environment/compliance eg pharmaceutical industry
Execution of studies and evaluation projects
Technical Project Management experience on Investment Projects (min 4 years)
Language:
Fluent German and English are a must
Qualifying for this position you'll have a higher education degree and bring to the table a significant number of years of experience managing project in a relevant industry.
Experience with lyophilization and/or medical devices processes and machinery is a requirement. You can also demonstrate an in depth understanding of project management processes and practices and know how to effectively apply them.
You can work well in a highly independent way, but you are also a great team player. You have a good sense of urgency and naturally take full responsibility for the projects you manage.
