SSO Security Engineer/ Technical Project Manager
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is currently expanding its activities in Switzerland and Europe within the IT Security Industry. We are therefore looking for an experienced SSO Security Engineer/ Technical Project Manager who can start as soon as possible. For this 12 months contract opportunity based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, German would be a benefit.

The Role activities include:
- Development of assigned components and other engineering tasks where needed
- Responsibility for the maintenance, fixes and enhancements to the existing A&A solutions (software and real estate) from investigation and planning to implementation through the environments
- Release & Deployment Management
- Front-to-back project planning, tracking, reporting and delivery of assigned A&A projects and processes (both RTB and CTB)
- Identification, regular reporting and management of risks, issue, dependencies and costs
- Educating and guiding Service Delivery and Testing Team staff on system architectures, project detail and timelines.
- Acceptance and smooth transition of new change projects under RTB support.
Skills and experience required:
- Solid understanding of web-based technologies including multi-tier applications and security standards (SSL, HTTP, Cookie Handling, SAML, WS-Trust)
- Experience of engineering, configuring and deploying highly available enterprise solutions (preferably in the security area)
- Understanding of security issues, application-level security, encryption, SSL, vulnerabilities etc.
- Identity Management experience including access control, single sign-on, authentication, authorization, provisioning, approvals, workflow, role-based access, LDAP
- Solaris & Linux Red Hat operating system knowledge
- Basic knowledge of the ITIL standards
Desired Skills include:
- A formal project management methodology (preferably Agile or RUP)
- Familiar with financial industry and audit requirements with respect to Access Control and Identity Management
- An understanding of Directory Services (LDAP) and RDBMS preferably Oracle & Sybase
- CA product experience (SiteMinder and Arcot WebFort)
- Java programming skills (J2EE)
