We are currently searching for a CRM Senior Project Manager to work in Lausanne area, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-national client.
The candidate will be in charge of the Development of a Medical Delegate management System solution (CRM)
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
Required Skills:
- Project Management competency on large project in international organization
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Functional analysis skills with international mindset
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues
- Knowledge of SCRUM Framework, MS Office Suite, MS Project Office

Key deliverables:
- Plan resources, activities for design & build for CRM to ensure the implementation roadmap is executed against plan with the right level of quality
- Ensure execution of activities against plan and within budget
- Responsible for organizing weekly project Governance meetings with project stakeholders as well as monthly steering committee meetings where progress, next steps, risks and issues as well as mitigating actions discussed.
- Ensure Risk assessment on a regular basis
- Be the single point of contact for other teams to support build or implementation related topics for CRM (For example Security; Service Management)
- Ability to work with a SCRUM Framework.
