For our client, a well-known IT Service Provider, we are looking for a
Citrix Engineer (contract)
Work place: Lausanne
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months +
Your task:
*providing 3rd level incident support for Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
*respond and correct the root cause of automated alerts
*packaging, configuring and deploying new applications and solutions to multiple Citrix farms
*assist to define and maintaining the systems to approved standards
*automating the deployment of patches including hotfixes and services packs
*work with the SCOM engineers to ensure the accurate monitoring of the systems and all components via SCOM
*other tasks as required by the Incident Manager
Your profile:
*3 years experience working with recent versions of Citrix XenApp
*French and English are a must, German would be a benefit
