Roc Search are seeking a help desk Support Engineer to work on a contract basis for one of our key clients. Our client is a telecoms Company that prides itself on client service. They are currently in the process of expansion so they are seeking an outstanding help desk Line Support Analyst to join their successful support team. Roc Search are looking for someone who can work alone and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful help desk analyst to gain exposure to the latest hardware/software. You will need to have a strong all round technical knowledge including desktop, Cisco and patching/cabling also keen to learn and work well under pressure.
