The PMO support role would include (some of) the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the planning, tracking, and creation of deliverables
- Support or perform the weekly/monthly project status reporting process.
- Support the project budget forecasting process.
- Support the IT resource planning, sourcing and tracking process.
- Own the delivery of certain deliverables.
- Support project phases Define, Design, Build, Test, Transition, Deployment, and own activities or deliverables within these phases (eg Transition Plan).
- Support the training of IT- and Business resources (eg on UAT).
- Support or facilitate IT project meetings.
- Liaise with the Business Project Manager on relevant topics.
- Support or manage the project's Scope management process.
- Support or manage the project's Action- and Issue management process.
- Support or manage the project's Risk management process.
- Support or manage project-internal communication, as well as project-external communication towards stakeholders.
Required experience and skills:
- Somebody who has experience with (some of the above) topics, but certainly has (IT) project management experience.
- Has worked in Validated; CSV, GxP environments.
- Fluent in English. German language skills would be a plus.
- Good communicator, presenter and people skills.
- Works in a structured and consistent manner, but can be pragmatic as well.
- Doesn't need a lot of supervision. Able to work and deliver on time, as agreed, and independently.
- Strong with Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project.
- No functional SAP skills required, but should have 'general' knowledge of IT systems (ERP, WMS, Platforms).
