The ideal Agile Business Analyst must possess the following experience:
- Solid experience of Business Analysis
- Confident and demonstrable experience of working within an Agile environment
- Excellent experience of work with representatives from different areas of the business to clearly understand and document business processes, and systems support of those processes.
- Experience of Identifing improvements to existing business processes or solutions to specific business requirements.
- Ability to analyse detailed business requirements, business rules, and constraints in order to identify the detailed requirements of the solution.
- Work with the development team and user representatives in designing the solution.
- Demonstrate evidence of working with an Agile development methodology
- Stakeholder management is essential
- Excellent communication
