SAP CRM QA specialist
Qualification requirements:
Shall have successfully provided quality review services and key project management documentation for an enterprise wide CRM system
Shall have min 5 year experience in planning, delivering SAP CRM quality review services
Shall have experience in SAP CRM RDS implementations as well as traditional SAP implementations
Shall have previous experiences supplying to UN
Shall be a registered SAP implementation partner or certified SAP partner or similar designation.
Scope of Work
Develop a quality review schedule: activities that the specialist will do from onsite & offsite
Evaluate blueprint document
Understand ITU CRM buss requirements
Review blueprint documents
Assess solutions proposed by SAP
Document finding and propose corrective measures
Evaluate implementation work
