Your Duties:
- Middle Office and Back Office functional support
- User Training
- Mass data uploads (credit ratings, trades from external systems)
- Bug analysis and reporting
- Support for User Acceptance Testing
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in handling multiple requests and queries at the same time
- Continued dedication to providing best of class service at all times
- Communication skills, analytical skills and validation skills
- Fluent in English
- Team player and leadership skills
