This position is for a Technical Business Analyst to prepare current processes for automation. Main tasks:- Current state analysis
- Future state design
- Process documentation
- Preparation and facilitation of UAT
Must haves:
- Deep understanding of process methodologies and efficiency techniques (e.g. Lean Sigma certification preferable)
- Knowledge of infrastructure services
- Knowledge of operational processes and tools (change, incident, problem, capacity, configuration management)
- Facilitation skills across multiple organizations and across global regions
- Experience in writing and executing UAT test cases
- Language: German and English oral and written
Nice to have:
- Project Management
- Working experience in one (or more) of the following technologies:
- OS: Windows, Linux, Solaris
- DB: Oracle, SYBASE, MS SQL
- Storage: Off line, on line
- Web: general
