My Swiss based client requires a French speaking Project Manager for Geneva.
This is an 9 - 12 month initial assignment.
Successful applicant will have the following experience:
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years as a PM
Strong HR Systems implementation experience and more specifically in the following areas:
- Talent management.
- Competency management.
- Performance management.
- Career and development.
- Saas Talent Management applications.
Duties:
- Aid my client in formalising the scope and requirements.
- Play a key advisory role in the solution selection process.
- Help the client define the project organisation, schedule and staged deliveries.
- Manage the project reporting to the project owner and steering committee.
