Network Security Engineer - Bluecoat Proxy and Checkpoint - BANKING - ZURICH Switzerland
Start Date: February 2012
Contract: 6 months
My client is one of the leading telecoms providers providing an exclusive service to one of the leading banks in Zurich Switzerland.
The client is searching for senior network security engineers to start ASAP to support one of the Service Delivery Teams within a leading Bank in Zurich Switzerland. This is project based work around the new platform in the security environment. The ideal network engineer will provide technical support for preparation for an upgrade project from Legacy R61 to R75 in their environment.
This will draw on technical skills in and by drawing on technical skills in Routing, Switching, Wireless, VoIP and security across Cisco, Juniper, Bluecoat and Checkpoint platforms.
At least 4+ years of experience in a technical support/engineering role in a networking/security company is essential.
The client is looking for experience on all (or most) of the following:
- CheckPoint (Minimum CCSA preferred CCSE)
- Cisco (Minimum CCNA preferred CCNP)
- Juniper JUNOS (Minimum JNCIA preferred JNCIS)
- Bluecoat Proxy
German language proficiency would be beneficial but not essential.
