WebEx System Administrator/Controller - Cisco TelePresence Infrastructure - LifeScience, Basel.
On behalf of our client, a leading, multinational life science company located in Basel, Swisslinx is currently seeking a WebEx System Administrator & Controller to start ASAP.
Are you looking for a contract that gives you the chance to liaise with various stakeholders within the bank?
In this contract, you will be working in the IT Team responsible for the global meeting services. Therefore your key tasks include the support (2nd Level), monitoring, controlling and documenting of the Webex Service to ensure the daily operations. This also includes the escalation of problems to the provider Cisco's Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Additionally, you will also carry out all operational processes and procedures in accordance with the existing SLAs.
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the following qualifications:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in IT System Operations/Administration/Support
- Solid experience with Cisco technologies and its products such as WebEx, Call Manager and TelePresence
- Strong communication skills; ability to build relationships
- Fluent English; German and/or Spanish is an asset
