Senior Clinical Packaging ManagerThe company is the world leader in serving science. The mission is to enable the customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
The Project Manager is prme contact for the customers and will be required to manage projects/ studies and is responsible for the delivery of the service to the assigned customers.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management - Study Management across the organization and various departments
- Organizational functions with all involved parties of a trial
- Timeline Management - Milestone tracking - weekly updates to the customer
- Financial Responsibility / Revenue recognition.
- Assessment of clinical protocol and other client supplied study specifications and contracts in conjunction with Proposals - Contracting Group, FACTS, Clinical Logistics, Operations and Purchasing to help design Supply Chain solutions to meet needs of the trial. Provision of data and technical input to the Proposals group to help in creation of proposals.
- Working with the Client to finalize Packaging Specifications. This includes Project Meetings at the customer site or at Fisher. Representation at kick off meetings as required by the customer
- Cross-functional work with Clinical Logistics to ensure overall service delivered to customers is of a consistently high standard. Responsible for writing and providing correct information for the Distribution order (DO)
- Use of appropriate project planning tools to communicate milestones and critical path activities and responsibilities.
- Timely provision of reports and other information to customers (weekly Project updates to the customer)
- Forecasting and tracking of all clinical trials supplies.
- Development of workflows processes between customer and us. Liaison with all various departments (QA / Purchasing / Project Management of the customer).
- Coordination of primary, secondary packaging material and tools
- Coordination of label translation with the Labelling Project Manager
- Producing all batch documentation for operations and check of documentation
- Coordination of long term studies and follow up of supplies
- Coordination of shipments through the logistics department.
