Real Pharma are current recruiting an individual to take a post in the career opportunity of a lifetime. One of the world's foremost pharmaceutical companies, a powerhouse in the industry and recognised household name, are hiring a full time (100%) Head of Quality Assurance to work on their site in theBernregion ofSwitzerland.This leadership role, with management and stakeholder responsibilities, will appeal to those with the desire to take on the greatest of challenges and to those really wishing to make a difference within a large department.
The successful applicant will take command of all product quality related matters and ensure all aspects of operational business comply with cGMP/cGDP and regulatory requirements. The post holder will also hold responsibility over distribution, quality systems, administration, drug release and maintaining contact with regulatory authorities.
Ideally the candidate will be a pharmacist or a scientist with numerous years of previous experience in Pharmaceutical companies. Having previously worked on a global scale would be an advantage. Fluent German and English is a must (written and oral) and basic French would be advantageous.
Solid knowledge of GMP/ GDP and quality management is a prerequisite for the post. Finally, the ability to demonstrate leadership skills from previous experience will place an individual in good steed for the vacancy.
