Senior R&D Engineer

As Senior R&D Engineer you will work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team developing high precision mechatronic systems. With your expertise in precision engineering, you will contribute to our efforts to provide outstanding services to our customers and will lead multidisciplinary research and industrial projects.

Our main fields of activities are:

- Ultra high precision positioning devices for industrial applications

- MEMS based mechanisms

- Scientific Instrumentation for Astrophysics, Space and Nanotechnology.

Education/Qualifications:

- MSc in Micro-Engineering or Mechanics (EPFL/ETHZ or equivalent) and have a confirmed industrial experience in designing, developing and industrializing mechatronic products.

- PhD degree is an asset but is not compulsory.

- Your technical leadership skills help you generate new ideas, new concepts and lead development activities. Furthermore, you are a creative multidisciplinary team-player, able to work on several projects in parallel.

- You communicate fluently in English and French (written and spoken). German would be an asset.

- You have good aptitudes for project management
