Product Vigilance Engineer, Medical Devices,BernReal Pharma has an immediate requirement for a Product Vigilance Engineer to join a global Medical Devices organization in a commutable distance fromBern, it is very easy to reach by either car or public transport.

Your tasks:
* As a member of the Quality Assurance Team you report directly to the team leader Product Vigilance. Within this team you are responsible for the timely clearance of inquires from the market or investigations of product complaints.
* You are responsible for the requests and complaints and initiate investigations with the support of internal stakeholders such as the R&D department or the production department. Furthermore you are the main professional contact person for internal or external technical laboratories.
* Your task consists of merging the results of the investigations and analyses into reports and to register these within the electronical Product Experience Report System.
* Further you are supporting the team leader with the compilation of relevant statistics for product vigilance.
Your profile:
* You hold a technical college education with further education in quality management (ISO 13485, GMP, QSR).
* Ideally you were able to gather experience in the field of product vigilance and you are familiar with the requirements of medical engineering or would like to further develop within this field.
* You are an analytical thinker who on the one hand likes to work independently but on the other hand can also move within interdisciplinary teams.
* Your excellent English skills and good German skills allow you to move around in our international environment.
