For our client we are currently looking for a Project Planner/PMO Support in Basel, Switzerland.
Start date: 07.01.2013
Duration: 12 months + (with option to extend)
Location: Basel
- Be a point of contact for all assigned team members in regard to workplace matters (keep deadlines as assigned; prepare and co-ordinate requested feedback or input).
- Manage/Coordinate office supplies and IT/office equipment tasks according to established processes (ie SAP SRM). Track actual spending in partnership with Finance Manager.
- Event co-ordination (workshops, off-site meetings, team events...).
- Manage Training Matrix, track training completion for all team members.
- Maintains stakeholder map, helps team with operational communication and program internal communication.
- Helps implement the program communication plan - aligned with Communications teams.
- Support Program Manager in all tasks related program internal and external communication (assist Program Manager in the preparation and review of presentations, email communications, program news, personnel and other announcements).
- Responsible for the content of the Program Intranet site.
- Collaborate and closely align with stakeholders and other communication groups where required.
