Job purpose
Manage all technical aspects linked to Digital/IT activities for Corporate Communications:
-Provide support to build successful digital initiatives
-Maintaining and support existing digital solutions
-Act as a back-up for the Digital Champion
Main responsablities
-Provide project management expertise in to help Corporate Communications building their digital solutions.
-Support existing digital tools to deliver best in class services.
-Single contact point for DSU requests, tickets and incidents.
-Organize conference calls, write minutes and status progress, prepare weekly summary for management
-Chase deliverables, raise risks, propose mitigating actions.
-Ensure adherence to project timelines through regular monitoring and tracking of deliverables.
-Ensure proper collaboration with technical and business teams.
