CONTRACT: VP Assistant / PMO (f/m)

These are your main tasks in this role:
Maintenance and support of the Access electronic DB operations.
Coordinate status meetings, monitor project progress and communicate project status report to the stakeholders
Patent (IP) document filing and management.
Organizational duties, including courier shipments, and general ordering of equipment and
materials.
Correction of letters and other general documentation according to guidelines (German/English).
Arrangement and confirmation/notification of appointments and booking of flights.
General support in administrative office management duties.
Production/correction of general correspondence in English and German.
Support on the reception and control of central telephone operations (part-time).
Support stakeholder and business client management
The following skills are required:
Several years experience in similar role (VP Assistant, PMO)
Ican do mentality. Fast learning and open for new tasksStrong MS Office skills
Fluent German and English skills
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (with possible transfer to client)
Contract: Contract
Pensum: Full time
Work location: Rhine Valley
