Required Skills:
- Working Knowledge of AIX/Unix (basic admin skills)
- Programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Shell, Perl, VBscript, SQL, RExx
- Working knowledge of Tivoli Framework and ITM5 as basic
- Working knowledge of Tivoli Event Mgmt concepts and products - Netcool Omnibus (7.3.*), Impact (5.1.*), TEC (3.9)
- Working knowledge of IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.2.* (deploying monitors, troubleshooting, agent packaging)
- Good understanding of IBM organization and even better of working in IBM SO Delivery organization
- Used to work with global standards and organization
Furthermore:
- Knowledge of the SO Delivery processes (Incident, Change, Run and Monitor Ops, Config Mgmt, ...) or willingness to work in a process environment
- Ability to work autonomously but within a Team Framework
- Used to work against milestones, due dates, plans
- Good English skills (writing and verbal)
- Good networking and communication skills
- Basic project mgmt
- Sttess resistent
- Leadership
