HP Service Center Manager Developer Switzerland.
Our client is looking for a specialist with experience of HP Service Manager to provide 3rd line technical support as well as development and configuration expertise in support of an update of their Service Management programme.
You will have previous experience of HP Service Centre 4.x and Service Manager 9.x (including certification) as well as a good understanding of ITIL principles.
You will manage, resolve or implement incident/change/request/problem support tickets where code changes are required.
The ability to produce documentation for all development and support projects is essential as is experience in rolling out Service Management tools and processes.
Knowledge of Connect IT x.x and ITIL V2/C3 certification required.
