Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen HSE Expert / Continuous Manufacturing wie folgt:
Role profile:
HSE expert Continuous Manufacturing (CM) for commissioning.
The role covers an independent Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) expertise in the CM project team. The position ensures HSE compliance for commissioning stage of CM project with backing from CMO-HSE.
Major activities/ accountabilities:
The independent HSE expertise position is a full member of the CM commissioning team.
Participates at all CM commissioning stages and meetings, arranged by CM project team and takes over an independent HSE expertise role. Ensures HSE compliance regarding the project scope. Contributes with it`s experiences that proper Health, Safety and Environment measures are taken into account by the team and are implemented into the processes. Secures decent documentation of the commission period as required in guidance note “HSE reviews in Engineering projects”.
MUST-SKILLS:
Education:
Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Bachelor or FH, Master or PhD) EKAS certificate safety expert (or equivalent)
Skills and Experience:
Thorough understanding of chemical / technical processes
Min 4 years experience in chemical, pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Experience with risk assessment tools, (HAZOP, ZHA, Safety Stops) with ability to interpret and implement adequate solutions
Management of compliance of HSE regulations and legislations (externals must/ internals nice to have)
SOFT-SKILLS:
Team player with network leadership skills and flair for HSE topics.
Ready to take accountability for all HSE aspects in ongoing CM investment project and to ensure proper HSE compliance during commissioning period.
NICE TO HAVE:
Start up knowledge of chemical- and or infrastructure equipments
Knowledge to search in literature and/or database sources for HSE information
