For our client we are currently looking for a Technical Consultant VMware vFabric AppInsight for a remote project.

Customer needs support for product "AppInsight" (VMware vFabric Application Performance Manager)
Profile description
We need a Technical Consultant with knowledge in the VMware product "AppInsight" (VMware vFabric Application Performance Manager). The consultant should be able to talk to the customer about this product's features and (remotely) configure this tool.
Project Status
Project already sold
Start date: Asap (Nov 2012)
End date: Will take only few hours/days
Effort
We expect this to only be a one time configuration taking only few hours. Additional support might be needed later/ongoing.
Location:
Work should be done remotely, project is too small for travelling (if Consultant located in Vienna, onsight is also possible)
Tasks
Customer was using product AppSpeed in the past, this is not available anymore and substituted by vFabric Application Performance Manager. Customer has good working knowledge in VMware, but was not successful in setting up the new tool, at least he could not get the same functionality out of the new product than the old one had.
Deliverables
Configuration of vFabric Application Performance Manager remotely together with the customer.
Skills needed
Technical skills for vFabric Application Performance Manager, it would be good to also have knowledge of the old product AppSpeed to compare functionalities of both products and to better understand customer's needs.
Experience/Level
This is a rather new product. We expect intermediate to advanced knowledge in VMware and vFabric Application Performance Manager.
Language (written/spoken)
German would be preferred, English will also be possible.
