Currently I am searching for one of my global clients an experienced Service Delivery Manager to monitor and improve upon the service level provided by a pool of external vendors within the company's web applications area. The ideal candidate would be ITIL V.3 certified and possess knowledge in MS Application Development Framework (.NET), Oracle, MOSS and Sharepoint. Fluent oral and written English is a must.
