Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen 2nd & 3rd Level Supporter Mobile Devices wie folgt:

Description:
General Purpose:
To be responsible for the 2nd to 3rd support of all mobile connection related issues based on iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows based Phones and Pads for an international operating company. The desire to learn new technology and to develop is decisive for the job as the entire environment in Mobility is constantly changing.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support all types of mobile related problem escalations
Act as problem owner and ensure the successful solution of the problem
Interact with the several counterparts of the Competence Center in order to fulfill the project or

Solve the problem:
Act as face/contact for the customer
Document tickets and solutions properly
Document necessary FAQ and fill knowledge bases
Use all available resources for the troubleshooting of a project
Work as a technical resource in mobility projects
Act as interface to the vendor – open cases and feature requests
Test mobile solutions and document them
Work on technical enhancement projects
Quality assurance

A plus:
Education and Experience
Qualification in ITIL
Several years of support experience (L3)
Very good communication skills (English mandatory, German is a plus)
Troubleshooting experience
