For our large Banking client in ZH Switzerland we are looking for a Unix Support Specialist
Location: Zürich
Start: ASAP
End: 31.03.13
Langauge: German and English
We have a requirement for a UNIX support specialist to help support the infrastructure of our structured products trading business. Focus of the role is to provide support to the existing team
Scope of role:
- UNIX sys admin, especially including Solaris and Linux
- Storage Area Network admin (Hitachi)
- Tape library and backup
Experience preferred:
- Experience in supporting complex environments
- Experience in data migration and decommissioning is a plus
- Experience in high availability environments
- Trading technology knowledge such as exchange connectivity and trading applications
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- German and English skills are desirable, but the candidate must be fluent in at least one of them
